About

Built from the inside out

MoetiSuite did not start with a product roadmap. It started with a front desk.

Working in hotel operations in British Columbia, the same gaps appeared at every property - guests waiting for local recommendations that no one had time to give, lost items tracked on paper, staff inconsistency between shifts, and no reliable way to protect the property from repeat problem guests. The tools to solve these problems existed. They just had not been assembled for the front desk.

MoetiSuite is the result of building those tools, testing them in real properties, and refining them based on what actually happens during a shift.

The founder

Sibongile Booi brings an unusual combination to hospitality operations - enterprise consulting experience across North America, followed by direct front desk and operations management at properties in British Columbia. That combination - systems discipline applied to real operational problems - is what makes MoetiSuite different from generic software.

The name

Moeti (moh-EH-tee) is Sesotho for guest. The name was a deliberate choice - rooted in African linguistic heritage, selected because the word carries the right meaning and sounds exactly right for a product built around the guest experience.

The first live deployment was at a luxury Airbnb in Knysna, South Africa. The Concierge app has since expanded to two properties in British Columbia, Canada - one live in Powell River, with a second deployment underway in Campbell River through a regional hospitality group.

All prices in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Setup is a one-time fee. Monthly plans run month-to-month with no long-term contract.
